  • 1 tablespoon water
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoons ground flaxseed
  • teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar
  • 6 tablespoons almond flour
  • teaspoon baking soda
  • 1-2 tablespoons dairy free chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Mix the wet ingredients in a large mug or ramekin.
  • Add the almond flour and baking soda.
  • Carefully stir in the chocolate chips.
  • Cook on high in the microwave for 1 minute. Let the dessert sit for 1 minute before eating.
  • Top with additional chocolate chips and a bit of salt if desired.
